    • We provide our services and products to the Middle East (Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE, etc.), Europe (European Union and United Kingdom), and North America.
    • We reserve the right to refuse service or product delivery to certain regions due to international shipping restrictions or local laws.

Section 2 – Products, Prices, and Taxes


  • Product Accuracy and Specifications:

    • We strive to display product images and colors as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen display will perfectly match the actual product color in reality.
      • Multi-Currency Display: You will find a drop-down menu on the storefront that allows you to view prices in multiple currencies and select your preferred currency for browsing.
      • Base Currency & Checkout: Please note that upon reaching the checkout page, the displayed amount will automatically convert to its equivalent in Egyptian Pounds (EGP), which is the store's primary currency for final payment.

  • Value Added Tax (VAT):

    • All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with applicable local tax laws and regulations.
  • Quantities and Availability:

    • Some products may be available in limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
    • We reserve the right to limit sales quantities, discontinue any product, or modify its description at any time.

Section 3 – Orders and Shipping


  • Order Completion:

    • The user agrees to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information (such as shipping address and payment method) for all orders.
    • We reserve the right to request proof of identity or payment verification for large, unusual, or flagged orders classified by our systems as suspicious.
  • Shipping and Delivery:

    • Shipping times vary depending on the delivery destination. The estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days for the Middle East and 5–7 business days for Europe.
    • Please review our independent "Shipping Policy" on our website to view the specific countries where we cover customs duties on behalf of the customer, and other countries where the customer bears the local customs fees.

  • Accepted Payment Methods:

    • We accept credit and debit cards (Visa / Mastercard), PayPal, as well as a Cash on Delivery (COD) option (available only in select Middle Eastern countries).
    • All financial transactions are fully encrypted and securely processed via SSL protection protocols.

Section 5 – Returns, Refunds, and Exceptions


  • Return Conditions:

    • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided the product is completely unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging without any alterations.
    • Products cannot be returned if they have been consumed, opened, or damaged due to customer misuse.
  • Natural and Health Product Exceptions:

    • Due to the nature of herbal and natural products, and for reasons of safety and public health, any product with a broken protective seal or opened packaging cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
  • Refunds:

    • Upon receiving the returned product and inspecting it to ensure it meets the return conditions, the amount will be refunded within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
    • For "Cash on Delivery" orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or an approved electronic wallet, and will not be refunded in physical cash.

  • Data Protection Compliance:

    • We are committed to the privacy of your data; therefore, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for European users, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law.

  • Limitation of Liability:

    • While we work to ensure website accuracy, we do not guarantee that data (such as real-time inventory availability) is 100% free from unintended errors. Our liability is solely limited to direct damages resulting from our proven gross negligence.

Section 8 – Termination and Force Majeure


  • Termination:

    • We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account or block your access to the website instantly and without prior notice if it is found that you have violated any provision of these Terms of Service.
  • Force Majeure:

    • Parweno shall not bear any responsibility for shipping delays, failure to deliver products, or any breach of obligations resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (such as natural disasters, wars, pandemics, border closures, customs strikes, or major global infrastructure failures).

Section 9 – Governing Law and Dispute Resolution


  • Applicable Law:

    • These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, taking into account mandatory consumer protection laws in the European Union and North America for users residing there.
  • Dispute Resolution:

    • In the event of any dispute, both parties commit to attempting an amicable resolution first. If that fails, the dispute shall be referred exclusively to the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt.
