1. International Shipping (Arab Countries)

We use international shipping carriers to deliver orders quickly and efficiently:

Shipping Information for Arab Countries:

  • Order Processing: 1 business day (after payment confirmation)

  • Delivery Time:

    • Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Jordan, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman: 3-5 business days

  • Shipping Cost:

    • Starts at 15 USD (or the equivalent in local currency)
      and gradually decreases—eventually becoming free—depending on the order value and the number of products.

2. International Shipping (Europe + North America)

  • European Union (Netherlands, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, etc.):

    • Delivery Time: 5-7 business days

    • Cost: 20 EUR (or equivalent)

  • North America (USA, Canada):

    • Delivery Time: 7-10 business days

    • Cost: 25 USD

3. Domestic Shipping (Egypt)

We use local carriers to ensure fast delivery:

  • Order Processing: 1 business day

  • Delivery Time: 1-3 business days after shipment

  • Coverage: All Egyptian governorates

  • Shipping Cost:

    • Free for orders over 700 EGP

    • 50 EGP for orders under 700 EGP

4. Shipment Tracking

  • You'll receive a tracking number via email/SMS once shipped

  • Track your package through:

    • The carrier's official website

    • Your Parweno account

5. Delay/Loss Policy

  • Delays: Contact us if your shipment is late

  • Lost Packages: We'll reship free of charge or issue a full refund

6. Customs & Duties

  • Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Bahrain, and Egypt: Costs are included in the order price.

    Rest of the Arab world, Europe, and North America: Orders may be subject to customs duties in accordance with the regulations of the destination country.

7. Order Cancellation/Modification

  • You may cancel/modify orders within 24 hours of placement (before shipping)

  • After shipment, cancellations aren't possible but you may return items per our return policy
