Shipping policy

At Parweno, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shipping experience for our customers worldwide.
To ensure your orders arrive on time, we partner with trusted local and international shipping companies and strive to expand our delivery coverage.

1. International Shipping (Arab Countries)

We use international shipping carriers to deliver orders quickly and efficiently:

Shipping Information for Arab Countries:

  • Order Processing: 1 business day (after payment confirmation)

  • Delivery Time:

    • Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Jordan, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman: Estimated time is 3–5 business days.

  • Shipping Cost:

    • Starts at 15 USD (or the equivalent in local currency)
      and gradually decreases—eventually becoming free—

      • It depends on the number of products and the order value;
        shipping costs decrease as you add more products to a single order.

      •  (this will be clearly displayed when you reach the shipping options).

2. International Shipping ( Europe )

  • European Union (countries included in the shipping list):

    • Delivery Time: 5-8 business days

    • Cost: Starts at €25 and gradually decreases—eventually becoming free—

      • It depends on the number of products and the order value;
        shipping costs decrease as you add more products to a single order.

3. Domestic Shipping (Egypt)

We use local carriers to ensure fast delivery:

  • Order Processing: 1 business day

  • Delivery Time: 1-3 business days after shipment

  • Coverage: All Egyptian governorates

  • Shipping Cost:

    • Free for orders over 700 EGP

    • 50 EGP for orders under 700 EGP

4. Shipment Tracking

  • You'll receive a tracking number via email/SMS once shipped

  • Track your package through:

    • The carrier's official website

    • Your Parweno account

5. Delay/Loss Policy

  • Delays: Contact us if your shipment is late

  • Lost Packages: We'll reship free of charge or issue a full refund

6. Customs 

  • Europe – Saudi Arabia – UAE – Egypt – Bahrain – Customs duties included in the order price.

    Jordan – Kuwait – Oman – Qatar: Orders may be subject to customs duties in accordance with the laws of the destination country,The client is responsible for these costs if applicable.

  • We are not responsible for delays resulting from customs inspection.

7. Order Cancellation/Modification

  • You may cancel/modify orders within 24 hours of placement (before shipping)

  • After shipment, cancellations aren't possible but you may return items per our return policy
